Cool all-around summer outfit

Get a cool all-around summer look with a shirtless tee and ripped denim shorts. If you have a low budget, find an old shirt and a pair of jeans and start cutting and ripping. For a day time look pair the outfit with flip flops or last years must have gladiators or ballerinas for a more classique look. Slip into some sexy heels and a clutch for a cool night time look. Add color by applaying a nail varnish in a bright red, yellow or orange.

Ready for the rain

My fave rubber boots for rainy and/or cold days are from Ilse Jacobsen. Besides keeping me warm and dry, they look pretty awesome aswell- even with a dress. I'm also the lucky owner of an Ilse Jacobsen rain coat with a matching sylvest hat. I will gurantee you, that you wont regret spending extra money on these items! The company's design philosophy "is build on a combination of Scandinavian simplicity and international trends. We are inspired by our Scandinavian and rural roots in utility and simplicity, giving our customers something feminine and comfortable to wear. We continuously strive to build an international brand of style and quality with a preference for natural beauty and natural materials".
I'm wearing: rubber boots from Ilse Jacobsen, skinny jeans from Gina Tricot, top from Soaked In Luxury, scarf from Gucci, blazer from InWear, necklace and bracelet from Castro, leather bow in my hair from Pieces and my dog Molly.

Get the style: Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway has a simple, yet classy style. She is good at finding outfits that compliment her body. I'm a girly girl, meaning I like jewellery and glitter. But I also love black leather, such as the jacket from H&M. Skirt from ASOS, love-ring from ASOS, rose-ring and earrings from Forever21, purse from Alexander McQueen, shoes and jacket from H&M and Chanel 'Jade Rose'.

Nelly's Delhi likes black ankle boots

The summer is over and I'm starting to look for shoes to wear in the fall. I'm going for ankle boots with or/and without studds. Today, while shopping, I met a woman (see pic below) with the coolest booties with studs and spangles, just like the fashion dictators tell us they should look like.

Snake shoes

One of the biggest shoe trends of the fall is snake shoes. They come in endless models and colors, so get out there and find the one of yoru fantasies! I recently found my pair of faux snake stilettos in Zara. The red color just make them all that more interesting. Great for someone like me that tends to wear black, black and black during autumn and winter. Spiece it up!
A classic Christian Louboutin fringe shoe is getting a raw twist with the snakeskin.

Steve Madden's toxic green stilettos would surely make your outfit stand out.

Steam up the scene with these smoldering Apple Bottoms Jadira shooties.

Interview with a VintageSoul

Stella McCartney wedges

I "met" Sam on my fave fashionista website senseofashion. I fell in love with all her beautiful pictures and items- mostly vintage dresses and cool designer shoes. I'm crazy about her Stella McCartney wedges, they look like a piece of art. She turned out to be a fellow blogger too! Wanna get to know Sam better? Stop by http://dailyfashionboost.blogspot.com/

What's your name? My actual name is Suzanne Anna Madeleine, but everyone calls me Sam. Just to keep it simple!

Where are you from? I'm from The Netherlands.

What inspires you? Hmm.. I always think that's a hard questions. I think that my biggest inspiration are my own clothes. If I pick out a dress, skirt or a top, I Immediatly see a whole outfit in front of me. And sometimes when I see someone with the same sort of dress, I get inspiration from that! And ofcourse also from my fellow bloggers and street style sites!

Where do you shop? It's a long time ago I went shopping for clothes in an actual store. Mostly I buy my clothes from a site, that specialize in vintage clothes. For the shoes I kind of aalways go to Amsterdam or Utrecht. There are my favorite shoe stores!

Your favourite designer(s)? That is with no doubt Miuccia Prada!

What is your favourite item for the summer? My Prada shoes from this season. They're dark brown with light brown and they walk so comfortable, even though they're pretty high and I can match them with a lot of clothingpieces I own! But it's so bad that I don't have much occasions to wear them to, because I can't wear them when I'm at work or at school. I have to walk way too much for that!

What do you wish you had from the runway this season? The thing I really wanted from the runway are the Prada shoes I already own. But I also really really want the mesh sandals from Stella McCartney. They truly are my dream shoes.

Thank you Sam! Keep up the good work!

Liberty Fabric

Summer and flowers go hand in hand. That's probably why I can't get enough of the London based Liberty Fabric company. The prints are designed by a wonderful artist named Tana Lawn, who has kept the traditional Art Nouveau prints while also modernizing the pattern offering with a more playful aesthetic.
Nike teamed up with Liberty on the Dunk High. For the ladies out there who have been looking for these, you can find them at nikestore.com.

Bronx Shoes

Bronx has some great shoes for the spring/summer this year. I found some really cute and cool flat sandals in leather, perfect for my upcoming holiday with my boyfriend in Rome. Unfortunately I couldn't download a picture of them. Take a look yourself: http://www.bronxshoes.com/

Feminine sports gear

If you aren't boring, why should your sports gear be? I never liked sports gear, especially not the shoes. But that was until my parents came back from Miami with a funky pair of Nike's. They definitely make it more exciting to get ready for the gym. Stella McCartney has been designing clothes for Adidas for a couple of years. I like her collections because she knows how to make us look more feminine when running, swimming, jumping around etc. She says, on Adidas's website, that she was inspired by Edwardian embroidery and vintage lingerie. Take a look:
