How can you not like the whaky world of these two men? I don't wish to say a lot about them. Just look at their pictures and be inspired. "Art for all" is the belief that underpins Gilbert and George's art. Their trademark is the large grid, a square picture broken into sections that becomes a unified field of signs and images. They became famous for their living sculptures and films where they appeared themselves. They met each other at St. Martins in London and later said it was love at first sight.
